If your design is 13” x 13” or smaller, we can screen print it onto a t-shirt. We can print up to 6 colors on orders of 72 or less, and we can print up to 12 colors for orders 72 or more.
Many people are not familiar with the process of getting custom t-shirts. We break the process into 3 steps: First, we will help you select the t-shirt that you like. Then, we will work with you to turn your design into screens that we will use for printing. Finally, we work with you on the price quote. There are so many variables that customers are usually surprised at how a little change can save you money or bump your price up.
T Shirt brands
Our “house” stock is Hanes Tagless. We feel that is the best quality/price that we can offer to our customers right now. However, many of our customers “upgrade” to a higher quality shirt or just like the feel of another shirt. We are more than happy to show you samples for all the brands and styles available to us. We offer Hanes, Jerzee, Allstyle, Gildan, Anvil, Bella and more.

Design
We accept files in the following formats: Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF, and eps. The print area cannot exceed 13”x13” and must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
If you need design and/or graphics help, we do provide that service.
Getting a firm quote
Now that you picked your shirts and we have your design, let us know the quantities and we will provide a firm quote. Our total price is all inclusive and covers all labor, materials and tax.
Obviously, a question on most people's minds is "how do I save money on my custom printed t shirt order?" There are a few things you can do to drop your price.
- If you want to drop your total price, printing your design using fewer colors, printing in fewer locations or ordering fewer shirts is usually a good start.
- Printing on light shirts instead of dark shirts will save you at least a dollar per shirt on most orders.
- If you want to drop the PER SHIRT price, try the two above options AND try to get your total quantity up to one of our shirt printing price breaks (12, 24, 72, 144, 250, etc). As the quantities increase, then PER SHIRT price decreases.
